TCCA has many domestic and commercial uses such as:
1. Disinfection of drinking water: Add 0.4 grams per 100 kg of water, stir well and let stand for a period of time.
2. Swimming pool disinfection: 3 ~ 5 grams per cubic meter per day in the swimming pool.
3. Treatment of industrial circulating cooling water: Add 0.5 grams per 1m3 of water, the concentration of free chlorine in the cooling water is generally controlled between 0.25 and 0.5ppm, and the pH value is 7 to 8.
4. Other:
(1) Disinfection of tableware. Add 0.25 g of water for every 5 kg of water and soak the washed dishes for 5 minutes.
(2) Sewage and feces treatment. Add 5 grams per cubic meter of sewage or feces to eliminate odor.
(3) Seed sterilization. Using TCCA for seed disinfection can break the dormant period of seeds, improve the germination rate of seeds, inhibit the occurrence of diseases, and importantly, it does not have environmental pollution problems, harmless to humans and animals. The method was to soak the seeds in 0.2%TCCA solution for 12 hours.
(4) sterilization of aquaculture.
(5) Used for disinfection of hospital sewage, diapers, toilet bowls, medicine bowls and instruments. Compared with the commonly used new germinate, carbonic acid, chlorhexidine, chloramine T, the amount of TCCA for the same disinfection object is only 1/10 ~ 1/100 of the above conventional disinfectants, and the sterilization speed is fast and the effect is good.
(6) Disinfection and deodorant for household and public garbage. The formula is: TCCA25%, decontamination powder 25 ~ 65%, p-dichlorobenzene 10 ~ 15%, suitable for the disinfection and deodorization of stool and garbage and sewage ditch.
